Awesome capture!
There's definitely nothing to make it any better.
The way you took the picture is amazing,the blurryness of due to the 4s shutter-speed makes the stream appear like it's frozen. The whole scenery looks like a calm place, without the least bit of human interference. Describing would be kind of boring but atleast let me mention the fallen over tree that is kept from drifting along the stream by the rocks on both sides.
So about the rating:
That is kind of the best possible achievement (in my terms) for a photograph.
Only by beeing right there would the vision and impact be better (although one can't see the stream like that). Originality, well it's a picture of a forest scenery, not something really original like for example a drawing out of someones mind of let's say something that's never been there before.
So all in all: let me qoute myself 「Awesome capture! 」
